Painting a room has obvious aesthetic results but the colour chosen have more complex effects on the experiences, feelings and emotions of the people living the space. Colour is one of the most efficient instrument to deliver the psychophysical comfort that a home requires.

We consider the space, taking into account the light, architecture and how you use it. We’ll discuss your aspirations, needs and the look and feel you wish to achieve. Following our meeting, you’ll receive the scheme proposal with the specification list of colours and finishes.

Lighting Consultation

Good lighting is essential for any space. Effective design is not just about introducing light into a space, but rather an appreciation of how the space will be used. Good lighting design is so important; it is only noticed in its absence.

We are here to guide you on how to use different lighting to create a beautiful and practical space, providing atmosphere through the play of light and shadow and introducing different lamps and light fittings. We also collaboratively work with lighting specialists to guide you through the latest available lighting technology.

Furniture Design

Whether you need a piece of furniture for a specific function to complement your existing aesthetic, or you need a piece of art disguised in the form of furniture, we work with joiners, furniture designers, artisans, artists, art dealers and tradespeople, locally and from Italy, to source or create a bespoke perfect pieces, cabinetry work for libraries, kitchens and bathrooms.

Custom Upholstery

We work collaboratively with upholsterers and tradespeople to create exemplary window dressings, bespoke seating, soft furnishing and accessories. Different materials deliver a different result. We don’t choose fabrics solely for their intrinsic quality and their look, but we consider the way they hang, how they can be worked upon and their practicality.

We relish choosing not only the perfect material but the right one for each specific commission and its purpose. A perfect looking sofa or chair must also be the most comfortable and practical for its use and for you to love it.
