The brief

We listen, we listen and we listen some more because your home is not only about what looks good but what makes you and your family feel good.

We then create inspiration or concept boards, to better communicate what you wish to achieve. We compile a collection of ideas and concepts, which represent a certain aesthetic to convey our verbal communication. Words fail miserably when trying to translate design concepts. So a mood board showcases various translations of the same idea that is hard to put into words.

Space planning

We follow with an in-depth analysis of how you wish to use your space. We then draw up a plan defining the zones of the space and the activities taking place there. The space plan also defines the circulation patterns, showing how people will move through it.

The plan is finished by adding details of all the furniture, equipment and hardware placement. We can create 3D modelling and rendering for you to see the final space, rather than simply imagining it.

Interior Design and Sourcing

Designs are put together to fit your budget and are presented showing the colour scheme, furniture pieces, lighting specification, floor finishes, fabric palettes and room layouts.

We love tailoring every element of the design by working collaboratively with upholsterers, joiners, furniture designers, artisans, artists, art dealers and tradespeople but we can also access retail suppliers at trade prices for that designer piece you might love.

Implementation

We have teams of architects and builders we regularly work with from the initial concept, to the finished turnkey solution. Should you want to work with your own preferred architect or builder, we are very happy to work alongside them.

Because we believe a smooth experience is a key element for a full satisfaction we thrive in managing the project on your behalf, overseeing subcontractors, suppliers and on-site installation management, ensuring that timelines, budgets and standard are met.
